Default Supra

Im selling my accord now, and need another car, and I recently found a 93.5 Supra TT, and it has 100k on the body but the engine, auto tranny and turbo has been swap for a new one by a factory. Would ya'll consider buying this Supra for $18,000? or should i negotiate for a lower price?

i would say negotiate big time...that car started at 24,000 back in 93 so that's way too much for a 93.5 supra...the reason they are so exspensive now is cuz of the fast and the furious...you should be able to get it down to 15 though...good luck

Supra TT's were expensive before the FnF... I was in the market for one two years ago, and since they're so rare, and in such high demand, the resale price is exorbinant...

Its red, with brown leather interior. REAL NICE. How much will my insurance boost up to? I normally pay 80 bucks a month now.

If you are younger than 25, then it will go through the roof. If you have a sketchy record already, then you will be lucky to get insured.
Oh, I am assuming you are a guy.

No I wouldn't pay 18k for a 93.5....Think about it you're paying 18k for a 8.5yr old car, yeah its a Supra TT, but cmon, I'd think you could talk it down lower. You should find out why the motor was swapped too, those engines are really good and really strong, why'd he need a new one so quickly.

actually...you are wrong...first of all they did start at 28 (28 back then is probably the equivalent of 40 today but i know for a fact that they started at 28)...and second of all they only made a limited number of supra's each year in production. Supras are also victim of many crashes and their repair records are not excellent (like honda's are) so that is why they are really rare today...

they made less MKIV supra's then they've made NSX's...if that gives you any idea of how many are on the road
