Stripped screw in door taking door panel off
Can anyone help me out? I was trying to inspect my window regulator and adjust my glass but after the first 2 screws came out the inside door, the last one I stripped. I am concerned but I am hoping you may have some advice???

How should I remove it though? I would go to a junkyard and unscrew one if there's a way to remove it.

yeah...i didnt think he would be too stressed about a stripped screw that was ALREADY out...
as for the screw, u may have to drill it, however first try taking a little flathead, putting it against one of the sides, and tapping with a hammer, thats hard to explain...um if this is an aerial view of the screw + the you want to put the flathead perpandicular to one of the sides, so if this is a pic of the center to the right side section __ then with the screwdriver on it would look something like this __/ and tap it so that it slowly turns

If that doesnt work, Depends on how big the screw is go to sears and buy a easyouy and you can drill in to the screw with like an 1/8" bit and then with the drill on forward turn the easy out in and when it grabs it will pull the screw out. It designed more for broken screw heads. This works well but use the clutch on the drill because they're not cheap I said go to sears because I think the easy outs the have work a little better than home depot's. Then start using the correct screw setter and push down really hard to avoid future problems.

yes try to get a flathead screwdriver and tap it out with a hammer...
-/ imagine that the hyphen is a sideways view of the head on the screw, and the slash is the screwdriver... hold the screwdriver at about a 45degree angle and press it tight up against the head of the screw... then tap the hell out of it. basically what youre trying to do is just spin the screw... not pop it loose or anything fancy like that...
