Hey Guys

I've got a stock 93 Accord that is headed for the junk heap. I need to get the last half tank of gas out of it. Can it be siphoned and if so how? Otherwise is there another way to get the fuel out?

take a screwdriver and a hammer and hit it at the side/bottom catch that gas!!!!!

Anything else? I do need to drive it to the yard.

Do that once you get it there.

stick a clear hose all the way in. suck it until its about two inches near your mouth and let it out into a bucket thats lower than the fuel tank. just DONT DRINK THE GAS!!! i never tried it but im pretty sure it doesnt taste good...

I have been trying to siphon the gas, but can't get the tube all the way in. Do Hondas have a siphon block built in or do I need to do something differently?

You can disconnect the fuel line under the car and run the pump.

I know gas prices are high, but this thread makes me laugh.
hahhahhahaI would be more intersted in parting the car out then yanking the gas.

Look for a drain plug/bolt in the left rear corner of the tank.
