Reset ECU after tune-up???
1994 Honda Accord DX i just did a tune-up and i heard it would be good to reset the ECU? if so i read some techniques such as umplug the battery and/or the back-up fuse? regarding the fuse, my box doesnt have a diagram so i dont know which fuse to pull, if anybody has a link to a diagram that would be awsome. i would also like to know which one is more effective?? Thanks. God Bless.

Re: Reset ECU after tune-up???
Your model Accord doesn't need to do an ECU reset after a tune-up, unlike some newer model Accords which need the ECU reset to do an idle learn procedure.
Here is a link to the owner's manual which shows the fuse layout as well as other thing.

But, I will post which fuse to pull to reset the ECU anyways.

yeah, I have heard this before, but does just pulling it work, or is there some sort of waiting time or other procedure?

Re: Reset ECU after tune-up???
i have heard everywhere from 10-30 seconds and the occasional 30 minutes. i believe the shop manual says 10 seconds but i usually give it 30 just to make sure it works.
