Default Radiator fan noise

I got two radiator fans the other one is not working and other one is now making a noise.
1.) Is it easy to replace Radiator fan?
2.) is that normal the other radiator is not working? maybe only works when its only very very hot,......
3.) do you think honda dealer sells radiator fans ???

any suggestion would be nice.....

yes they are easy to replace but i reccommend either trying a kragen or autozone or even a local junkyard, as dealers tend to be quite pricey.
