Default Radiator cooling fan switches

I realized today that both my radiator and condenser fans aren't turning on when the engine gets hot.

The radiator fan does turn on when the engine's off (the radiator timer works, I suppose) and both fans turn on when the air conditioner is running.

I know there's two fan switches, one on the thermostat housing and one on the water outlet.

Which one controls which?

93 Accord EX. Thanks!

Nevermind, I think I found the solution in another thread:

Looks like the switch on the thermostat is the culprit. The switch on the water outlet only controls the fan when the engine is off.
