PROBLEM WITH MY ACCORD STANCE !
Alrighty. I have a problem with the stance of my Accord. It's nice and everything but there's this little problem that has been bugging me ever sine I took noticed to it. My rear section of the car is lower than my front ! WTF ! It looks like a freaking boat the way it stance is. I jsut want to know what's the problem and how it can be resolved ! It is something about my springs, shocks, ETC. HELP !

In a Junkyard near you.
first of all calm down. Your car isn't going to burn up and go away.
Check your tire sizes first to be sure they are right and also the tire pressures.
Is the trunk and back seat empty.
Check all that 1st

All springs.
You first have to determine if the front is too high, or the rear is too low.
The thing to remember is that springs only collapse, they never get longer by themselves
Either the rear springs have collapsed / broke or
The wrong rate / length springs were at one time installed in the front.
Unless you've got adjustable coil-overs in the front; at which point.....

I just did the same thing. Was wondering where all the posts from the other thread were. Looks like he got more responses this way. But that doesn't make it right.

Re: PROBLEM WITH MY ACCORD STANCE ! (Duy504)
I have 18 inch wheels sitting on EIBACH SPRINGS. The front of the car sits higher than the back. The fenders in the back almost touches the tire while the fronts have a 1-2 in gap between the tires !

I'll let you know what the standard ride height and tire clearance is in the morning.
If you hadn't mentioned anything, I would swear either the rear springs have collapsed OR the car (at some point in it's past) had been equipped with a set of lowering springs, but then (some time later) an original set was installed in the front.....
Go Figure

Re: PROBLEM WITH MY ACCORD STANCE !
Just so everyone knows, the other thread was created in the S2000 forum, and has was moved by a moderator at some later point.
What year Accord do you have? 4-cyl or V6? Which Eibach springs, Prokit or Sportline?* It helps to know this...
For example,
If you have a 6th gen 4-cyl, and you're supposed to have the Eibach Sportline springs, then you could very well have the V6 springs by mistake. That would cause the front to sit higher than normal.
*Prokit springs are black, Sportlines are maroon. Unless they've changed that in the last year or so...
