Default overheating

heymaybe u guys can answer my question we have already changed the thermistate in his 94 Honda accord and the car seems to keep overheating am I right saying it could be either the water pump or the timming belt

Sitting still or 60mph do the fans work, not a lot to go by.

In who's car? Don't scare the owner! LOL you need to be a bit more specific on details if you want our help and rule out the simple things before jumping to the conclusion the water pump is bad.

In my opinion a car overheating could be a number of things:
-water pump
-thermostat
-radiator
-head gasket
And not in that particular order. Like the other guys said may need a little more info. Hope that helps
