Connections are clean and tight, had to jam a paperclip into between the negative clamp and terminal post or it was moving a bit.

The corrosion imo is pretty bad. There is bulging green on the end that is all inside the positive battery cable. I don't know how it developed but it's there and not really possible to clean. It's one of those things that's easily missed unless you feel the cable.

If the battery terminal clamp is not secure it should be replaced. Time for a new cable.

Ok, do you think that is the issue? I was going to remove the starer.

Jesus, dude. If you are getting voltage at the starter trigger wire, that can only mean the battery circuit is fine.

Try checking your tires, maybe they are keeping your car from starting. lol

This isnt hard. Its only hard if you make it hard.

For the starter, no idea. You would need to pull it off and test it.
But if the cable is loose and toasted then it needs to be replaced, when it heats up from a bad connection it just increases the resistance of the circuit.
