No CEL trouble codes, only ABS codes on 94 LX

No CEL trouble codes, only ABS codes on 94 LX
So I've been trying to diagnose issues, and when I'm attempting to get CEL codes, I get nothing. I only get a few ABS codes (1-3, 1-4). Could this be a good thing? Or would I have to take care of the ABS codes first, then move on to the CEL codes?

what are the ABS codes stating? Also what is the problem(s) you're experiencing? We're currently flying blind here.

I should have gone a little more in depth, I apologize.
The ABS trouble codes are high pressure leak (1-3), and pressure switch (1-4). A few minutes after turning the car on, the ABS light comes on. It doesn't effect the performance at all though. The only leak I see is a very small oil leak coming from underneath the oil pan.
Honestly, the only reason why I'm baffled is because the speedo/CC/odometer aren't working, and if I remember correctly, if the CC doesn't work, that means the VSS is bad, which should bring up a CEL trouble code.
Whenever I turn the A/C on, the RPM's drop below 500, almost stalling the car when idling, and it's misfiring. These last two issues could be a plethora of different things, and could just be bad spark plugs/wires, dirty EGR ports, etc. and just needs some cleaning.

Sounds like you just got the car not too long ago.
Since you have owned it, has the CC, speedo/odo worked?
Auto or manual trans car?
Yes tune up items are maint things and if you are not sure when they were last done, replace them so you have a baseline for the next change. The IACV was not listed in you list of cleaning/inspecting....add it. While cleaning the IACV, a good cleaning of the tb can't hurt...be sure to get both sides of the butterfly and the "edge" of it as well.

I bought the car, manual trans, about four months ago actually. The CC never worked, and the speedo/odo work once in a blue moon. I tried the "flick trick" with the trip reset button a few times, but to no avail.
The guy I bought it from put a cold air intake in, so maybe he could have jostled some stuff around while doing it. Stupid me, I never asked when things were replaced!

With the speedo/odo and the cruise. Well this could be two different issues.
I would start with testing the vss and its signal. If you are getting the signal, then you have a bad speedo pcb - you have to decide on trying to repair or replacing. Then time to start testing the CC circuit.

I was actually planning on checking the solder joints on the PCB tomorrow. I know that's a pretty common issue, but I'll check the signal to the VSS as well. I do have a replacement VSS readily available. I just hope it's not the wire going from the VSS to the PCB, lol.
