My F22B1 build project!! 94 accord
So Just to share my story with everyone, Ill make it short and sweet!! Ive been building a 94 accord ex for about 4+ years now. Ive mainly been researching and stacking all my parts and doin all the prep work before I finish taking it fully apart. Right now I am almost done building my F22B1 vtec engine which will also be turbo with a 1.2T bisi camshaft! So I thought i would shared a few pics with you guys on how the engine and builds coming along! Thanks to (ASHB82) for all the info! Its his build in which Im following. The BLOCK is bored .20 over, resurfaced and fully clean. I have wiseco STROKER Pistons w/ H22 rods. The engine I bought for $200 and had 110,000 miles when pulled out. Also the Head is ported, polished with 3 Angle Valve Job, bisimoto 1.2T camshaft and bisimoto Pro Valve Springs!
Link below is the build I decided to follow!! For anyone interested.

Good luck with the build. Looking good so far.
I am look forward to see how the 87mm B1 block holds up with boost.
Edit: is your block bored 0.20" (5mm) or 0.02 (.5mm) I thought you had mentioned that it was 2mm over @ 87mm.

Im sorry, your right its 0.02 overbore!! Ive noticed you have been following the original build for this by ASHB82. Have you decided to follow this build type as well?? The only difference between mine and ASHB82 build is his is non-vtec. Thats all...

Interesting, curious to see how the b1 sleeve holds up at that bore... I am betting they will do just fine but good to see more info from b1 builds.
Sometimes I wish I would not have sleeved mine and pushed the stock sleeves to see really just how far they would take me.

Go over to GDD or the Civic forums. I think they are more into bashing on people in those forums.

What sleeves did you put in?? I want to build a H22 with sleeves! I did tons of research and hear of ppl runnin upwards of 21psi on 0.02 overbore stock b1 sleeves since they are iron!! I however think thats def pushing the limit. Im only tryin to make 300whp to join the 300 club! ;-) but wanna make sure it can handle 450-500 if i want!
Boost is relative to the turbo size, I would go more by hp/ torque they made than the psi they made it.
I think that you should be able to pull of 300whp pretty reasonably and it hold up well. Stock sleeves being iron, they are pretty stout and I bet it would be suprising how much they can take.

THAT KID the_penetrator obviously doesnt know ****... Anyway we will def see how the stock sleeves hold up. The guy Im following has 24psi on 100+ octane and has made upwards of 425whp on stock sleeves and has no problems with it. Hes ran it for a few yrs now to! I posted the link to his build at the top in my first post!
