Is my distributor Bad?
Please have a look at pictures and guide me do I need to change the Rotor and Cap of my distributor?
I found Grey Particles inside the cap and they also got chiped off the inner terminals when i scratched them.
Pictures are not that good but they are only I have

Stock type caps use aluminum terminals in the spark plug towers. When they oxidize a white, yellow, or grayish buildup will appear on the terminal ends. You can scrape this away as it will affect idle quality. But only do a light scraping to remove the oxidization. If there is this oxidization dust inside the cap, wipe the cap clean.
If the tip of the rotor is also oxidized, or blackened, clean it up with either a pencil eraser, or lightly sand the tip to clean the tip.
