Manual Transmission fluid
I got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube last week and they did their normal thing: they told me I needed my radiator flushed, injectors cleaned and transmission fluid changed. I have a few questions concerning this.
1. How often should the transmission fluid be changed in a manual?
2. What type of fluid is good to change it to (possibly synthetic)?
3. If my car is getting great mpg, is it possible that my injectors need to be cleaned?

A1) 90,000m / 144,000km (Many do it at 50,000m)
A2) Honda MTF or SAE 5w-30 Rated SH Motor Oil
A3) NO, get yourself some fuel injector cleaner (bottles) and put one in the tank occasionally.

It's an API (industry standard (much like SAE).
Lubricating oils are rated based on what they are specifically blended for.
Some are low ash
Some have high Pressure Additives
Some have anti-foaming agents and anti-oxidants (rust inhibitors)
You should find it on the can's (bottles) lable in small print'
"API Service Level SH"
You'll know you got the correct one.
