Just did a compression test, is 200 too high??
1 through 4 it was 195, 195, 199, 200
This is on a 94 accord F22B2 with 123K
So, its nice to know that my rings are fine, but arent these numbers a bit to high? My book said 178 was standard...
What do you guys think? I dont just put around so my head shouldnt be full of carbon (which is a possible cause of high compression)
advice and opinions welcome!
thanks

Did you pull your ECU fuse or unplug your injectors or something to prevent spraying gasoline in? If not, then the gasoline helped seal the rings & raise the pressure??

That's what mine was... ranged from 199-210. As long as there's not more than 28 psi difference (I think) between cylinders, but your obviously not so you should be fine. I'm not sure about yours, but mine it doesn't seem to hurt anything and the engine still sounds perfect, so I'm not gonna worry about it too much
