JDM Accord Euro-R gauge cluster fit on 2001 Accord?
Can anyone tell me if the 2001 Accord Euro-R gauge cluster fits a 2001 Accord Sedan? I know some rewiring may be required but has anyone done this or know of this?

it will not be a plug and play install, and i doubt it will fit right in the oem guage cluster housing...you will need to custom wire and i assume custom install the guage cluster into your current location...
you must understand that the 6g accord was different between usdm and jdm...the usdm accord was called the honda inspire in japan...they are two completely different cars...

I was reading your post. I was looking at 99-00 accord euros and I noticed the car looks a lot like the usdm acura TL 99-00. The gauges look the same . check it out on google.

they look the same but yet, so is all the civic.
just to let you know a v6 98-02 cluster will not work in 4cylinder cluster, they look the same, they are the same size and all the harness are the same but the tacho refused to work
not trying to ban you from your project but i just want you to think about it before cashing out, they are not cheap for what i understand

i have a euro r cluster which i tried to install in my 99 ex coupe 4cyl and it worked, but the tach did not. i was told by a HT member that it was because of the ECU and the wiring harness. i mean, the tach was looking for a DOHC VTEC engine w/ a 7200 RPM redline, but was only able to find a SOHC VTEC engine w/ a 6300 RPM redline, makes sense doesn't it?

what about retrofitting an aftermarket sending unit/ needle motor (or whatever it's called) into the accord euro cluster...you could just tap into the ignition and hook it up like you would any aftermarket tach...just a thought? Excuse me if my thinking is fundamentally flawed...
