IDENTIFYING AC SERVICE PORT R134 OR R12?
1990 HONDA ACCORD looks to me it's R12 but no sticker saying it has been converted in hopes someone can identify this service port.

You cannot purchase "Freon" anymore since after 1994. You can though purchase the refrigerant gas 134a. You will need a retrofit kit to use that gas. It will not be as efficient as R-12 Freon in systems designed for R-12 usage, so it will not be cold.

Freon (R12) can still be purchased; but, it'll costs a premium. Places like ebay and a few shops still have old stock.
Conversion may be the best bet.

I have vacuumed a 90 accord after conversion and recharged with R134a, blows 40 degrees on ambient temps of 100.
