How to tell if you have remote entry?
The car is a 1997 Accord Ex 5 speed. Cloth interior. It has power locks but when I got the car it didn't come with a remote. I'm in an out of my car a lot during the day, is there any way to tell if it did have keyless entry at one point so I can get a replacement remote?

So I looked up the VIN and it doesn't give an option for the Ex Sedan. It does the base accord, SE and wagon Ex. Would there be a difference? I'll probably just have to call the dealer...

97 EX (2dr, 4dr) did not come with a factory remote....could have been a dealer install. Link below will explain.
