How to lubricate new fule injector O rings? is Sil-Glyde safe for O2 sensor?
I plan to clean EGR ports for my 96 Honda accord EX and replace all fule injector O rings to new ones before re-installing fule injectors back. How do I lubricate the new fule injector O rings? If I use NAPA Sil-Glyde to lube the O rings, I heard that it does contain silicone, do you think it is safe for O2 sensor? Thanks!

just use motor oil.
When I cleaned my EGR ports on my 97 I was looking for lube for the injectors as well and the guy just said to use motor oil. That what I did and no problems.

just use a little bit of motor oil if you want, or spit or gas or pee
motor oil is safe for insides of motors lol
silicone is the absolute worst thing EVER for oxygen sensors
wash your hands twice before even touching the sensors
there is little holes on the outside end of the sensor near the wires, get silicone on those and you may as well go ahead and order a new set
the porous ceramic type material that makes the sensor take readings is very sensitive to silicone it will clog up and affect readings
