Can anyone help me with this one?

I have a 98 Accord Coupe, and on my steering wheel are a horn and cruise control buttons. Neither are currently working, although my main cruise control centre on the dash is (I'm assuming the adjustment buttons and the main on/off switch are on the same circuit).

Are the steering wheel electronics on a specific fuse? If so, where can I find it? There is only a horn relay inside my under-hood fuse box (no actual fuse), and the inner door panel's fuses seem to be okay.

Any suggestions before I start tearing my dash apart? If not, any tips on what to look for to remedy this problem?
