Default How do I remove the front rotors on my 1996 Honda Accord

We are trying to remove the front rotors on our 1996 Honda Accord - 4 cyl sedan.
We have the calipers off and have removed the hub nut but the rotor still won't move.

Do we also have to remove the CV Shaft? Are we missing something?

there are four bolts at the back or the rotor/hub assemble you also need to remove. to remove them i popped the lower ball joint and removed the axle to have some space. then just tap the rotor/hub assembly till it comes off.

Thanks for the great info. Seems like a challenge removing the ball joint but with a little luck, we can do it.
