Icon2 Honda accord starting problem, electrical? Wiring? Help!

Hey, I'm new here. I have a 96 Honda accord 5 speed. It runs great and is lots of fun to drive, but lately I've been having a problem with it. I will start it and it will start fine, then I will drive somewhere and park. I'll shut it off, then it won't start back up. It doesn't turn over, it doesn't even try to start, it just makes a weird "blank" noise when you turn the key. It does it randomly. Most of the time it will start fine, but sometimes it won't. I have tested the alternator and battery. They are both fine. It WILL jump start when I have this problem though! So that doesn't make much since to me. And I'm not a mechanic so I don't know a lot about cars, but I do know a little bit. And when it has this problem, the battery has full power. I've even tried putting a new battery in. When it first happened to me, I was letting my friend drive it, and he killed it. Then it wouldn't start. It made kinda a blank noise when I turned the key. So I roll started it, took it home, turned it off, then tried to start it and it did the same thing, so then I jumped it, and it started right up. Then I turned it off and it started again without a jump. Now it randomly won't start, but 3/4's of the time, it will start perfectly fine. It does it when it wants to. Anyone ever had the same problem? Anyone know how to fix it? Maybe there is a short to the starter? But why would it jump start then? Let me know what you Honda guys think. Thanks!

That would be your main relay. You should hear several clicks when you turn your key to start if you do not look into that Hondas are known for that to go bad. Heat solder troubles to connections. Totally random when it occurs if not completely bad.

Ignition switch. Guaranteed. Swap it out and you'll be good to go.

Not the lock cylinder. Just the ignition switch.

My Honda Accord won't start the lights are bright but when I turn the key no crank. I changed the starter, battery, and ignition switch. There is no sound when I turn the key. I checked the power to the starter with the multimeter and it seems fine. I also checked all the fuses. Please help me
