Default hey new to the threads plz help

Hey guys I have a 99 Honda Accord with a vtech motor that's over heating I checked the fans they work I placed a jumper in the cooling relay plug on the thermostat housing the fans came on I replaced the sensor to its still over heating also I tried straight wiring the fans to keep them on does nothing still over heating the cooling jug is boiling also I saw water coming from the heater hose pllllllzzzzzzzzz help

If there is water coming out of the heater hose then it is most likely blown, replace it.
Locate the bleeder screw at the thermostat housing. Open it, refill radiator and watch for bubbles out of the bleeder screw. Close bleeder screw when a steady stream of coolant comes out.

Failure to properly bleed the system will result in overheating, blowing the head gasket and warping the head.
