Default Help power window off track on 5th gen.

My driver's side power window has jumped it's track a bit. It will go up (slowly) but will not line up in the weather stripping. It sticks out a bit and is becoming a pain in the ***. How would I go about getting the window back on it's track? And is it difficult to remove and replace weather stripping around windows and windshield? Thanks
