Default Headers

I am looking into buying a header for my accord and had a couple of questions. What kind of horsepower increase to my wheels am I loking at? Also where does it add that horsepower, low-end or top end? What is the difference between ceramic and steel headers? Also is there a manufacturer that out does the rest/ Ant input would be greatly appreciated.

My opinion you should get DC sports 4 to 1 header polished stainless. Best exhaust flow and great top end performance. My 94 accord with CAI and exhaust used this header sweet. My 70-110mph dropped considerably. When I dyno test on the 18th this month I'll give the hp increase specs. [IMG][/IMG]
