Front End Chatter/Rattle Type Noise

Front End Chatter/Rattle Type Noise
I've been having this bad resonance type noise in the front end on the passenger side. Chatter/rattle/resonance - however you want to describe it, can be felt in the floorboard. It is a very noticeable noise too.. It happens the most as the car is going up an incline at about 35-50 mph.
The noise is like a resonance/chatter, almost a grinding noise.
Doesn't sound very good going up the hill. Wanna find out where its coming from. Any pointers would be well appreciated.

If you feel it in the steering wheel inspect the suspension and axles. If you feel it in the pedal it could be the transmission.

Can feel it neither in the steering wheel nor in the pedal. Its just on the right front side. Either I'm thinking its something serious like the wheel bearing or its just the dust shield or exhaust shield rattling. But it sounds bad. I think I will take a video of it so you can hear it.

You most likely feel it if the wheel bearing is bad. To test that, jack up the front end and wiggle the wheel/tire. If there's any wiggle it's the wheel bearing, the balljoint or tie-rod.
Dust shield? Brake wear indicator? Inner fender hanging down?
A video might help.

Feel it where in the steering wheel or in the pedal? I can only feel it in the passenger side floorboard, where the sound is coming from.

While driving or braking if there is a component acting up you can often feel a judder/shaking/vibration in the steering wheel or pedal.
Since you have had your transmission out, check the right side radius rod bushing, nut, and the two bolts that attach to the lower control arm.
Jack the nose of the car up, remove the front wheels, and just nut and bolt(check for correct torque) everything.
Go for a drive. If the noise is still there, note where the stub axle(CV) nut is, loosen it, and retorque it with a torque wrench. See if the nut moves more. Restake it and go for a drive again.
Usually when the wheel bearings are bad they will make a noise like driving on gravel/sand.

The bushings seemed fine. I'm thinking maybe its a rusty hub/rotor/ that is causing the noise, rubbing against the dust shield maybe.
Could it be that my axle is causing the noise? It isn't failing but it is an old axle. Maybe I need a new one.

I have to sell my new wheel bearings, and the Hawk pads. Keeping the Brembo brakes tho.

Re: Front End Chatter/Rattle Type Noise
I found out where the noise was from. Its a rear right side wheel bearing. Only happens when I go up a hill and turn to the left. Most of the sound is from the back but it deceptively makes its way to the front making it seem like a front wheel noise. The replacement wheel bearing is on its way...
