How hard it’s to change transmissions?

I have an Auto transmission on my Accord but I want a manual transmission?
Besides the manual transmission what else do I need?

Transmission
Computer

What else and is it hard to install it??

And will I have any problems…

There's the lovely thing called the Accord FAQ, which has all the guides listed in it.
