Icon2 f series swap

i have a f22a1 in my 1990 honda accord, im swapping it with a f22b2 motor i have already ran into the problems with the intake manifold difference and the alternator bracket and power steering bracket is there anything else i need to do and will my automatic trans and motor mounts bolt right up????

Trans will bolt up no problem, reuse the existing driveplate and engine mounting brackets from your car onto the B2 block. There are slight differences in front/rear mounts and mount brackets between the CB(your car) and CD(B2 car).

Exhaust manifold is also different...

What year is the F22B2, 94-95 or 96-97? There could also be some other differences in electrical if you have an OBD2 (96-97) engine.
