1995 Accord LX F22B2 oil pan gasket
I have a small overnight drip on my Accord that I can see, usually on the drain bolt dripping. Could be the crush washer I realize and I'll change that out at next oil change, but I wonder about the pan gasket? The pan itself is looking a little bogus with flakey rust spots so I may just get a new pan and gasket.
My question, is this a common occurance? It looks straight forward to change out. Drop the exhaust from the manifold and remove the chassis stiffener bar or whatever that frame piece is that is in the way. After that it looks simple enough?

Well, turns out, after changing out the valve cover gasket and all the grommets (after a valve adjustment) that my drip was coming from there. I cleaned the area under the car and it seems to have stopped. Nice when a plan comes together.

good, had an issue like this myself, just dropped the pan and replaced the whole gasket (and cleaned all the crap out in there)

Yep, I have to say that the valve cover gasket I got from Napa was a true pain in the butt as it wanted to fall out every time I flipped the cover over. Finally had to use a bit of gasket cement here and there to hold it in while finageling the cover back on.
Did your pan gasket fix the drip? In my case it wasn't leaking much but was falling directly onto the exhaust header pipe where it connects to the cat pipe. Every time I stopped and got out of the car, I could smell oil burning.

Id did. Someone hit a parking bumper or something, then tried to tack-weld over the hole to make it stop; oil kept leaking, etc. Ended up replacing the gasket and it's all gone now, the pain was messing with the sub-frame piece that went under it (if I remember right).
And man, I hate, HATE that smell!!!
