I dont know if its radiator fluid, but it looks like regular water fluid. I was keeping an eye on the temp gauge while driving back home but it looks perfectly normal. The leak is coming from the top right passenger side from the bottom near the right tire... any idea why is it leaking and which fluid is this?

Yeah if its water that's probably just the drain you're seeing. No biggie.
