Default Electrical Gremlins

Hello there,
My girlfriend has an '02 accord 4cyl with about 79,000 miles on it. Recently the transmission started acting funny. In D (or 1 for that matter) the car 'surges' from a stop. If you release your foot from the brake, the car will start to roll foward like it should, then it stops. Then starts again and stops. If you give it gas, the trans hesitates before it grabs. I am an Auto Tech student at SIU so I took the car to class and hooked up the PGM scan tool to check for A/T DTCs. Here is what I retrieved:

P1753- lockup sol A failure
P1705- gear position short
P1706- gear position open
P0753- Shift Sol A failure
P0758- shift sol B failure
P0720- C shaftspeed sensor failure
P0715- M shaftspeed sensor failure
P1768- linear sol A failure
P0763- shift sol A failure
P1773- linear sol B failure
P1738- 2nd pressure switch failure
P1739- 3rd pressure switch failure
P0740- TC clutch system failure
P0730- incorrect gear ratio
P0780- shift malfunction
P1750- clutch pressure failure
P1751- 2-3 shift malfunction

Now from what I know about auto transmissions, there is no way that all those things are not working. It shifts 2-3 and 3-4 just fine and the TCC is still activating. This leads me to believe there is a intermittent bad ground or power supply and perhaps the trans is in a failsafe mode.

I also went to retrieve engine DTCs despite the fact that the CEL is not on. Well, I pulled up over 40 codes!! Also, a lot of the codes contadicted each other such as: "TP sensore voltage too high", "TP sensor voltage too low". The engine has never skipped a beat and has ran flawlessly.

Starting with the basics I cleaned off both battery terminals, cleared the DTCs and they all came back. Due to limited time, I only checked a few grounds so far, one of them being PCM ground 101, right under the IAT sensor. After doing this I reset the codes again but this time they all came back WITH the check engine light.

I am kind of lost here. I will check all PCM grounds and power but I wanted to know if anyone has experienced anything like this or if anyone could give me advise. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Zach
