Default EGR port plugs

I am have to clean my egr ports again cause I did clean them right the first time.I got the new type plug from Honda installed in the ports. What is the best way to remove that type plug? Do I drill it out or drill and use a slide hammer like I used with the original plugs. Also replacing the intake gaskets and rear engine mount are there any tips or anything I need to do for this to go smooth? I need a TPS gasket but the auto parts store wants to sell me a sensor and gasket.I just need the gasket. What could I do for a gasket?

I would remove the egr plugs the same way you did before with a slide hammer. Sorry I don't know what to answer on the rest.

Slide hammer may not work with the stamped plugs vs the original cast ones.
Usually when removing freeze plugs, I knock down/in one side to get the plug to rotate a bit and grab the opposite side with some Channel-Lock or Vise-Grip type pliers to pull it out.
