94 EX Heater Not Getting Hot
long story short:
Fan blows harder with each setting, the upper/lower level switch works as well, same with the AC.
Doesn't get hot, not sure why.

Check the heater valve in the engine compartment next to the passenger side firewall to see if the cable is still attached. If it is attached, check that the valve opens and closes. Otherwise, it may be a clogged heater core or something.

Alright cool. The heater never worked in this car, even before the motor swap. With the core, is it accessible through the glove box opening? or do I have to remove the dash?

To check the valve and possibly flush the core, this would be done from under the hood.
To replace the heater core is going to require some of both.
