Default ECU Testing

Is there an easy way to test the ecu unit in my 1990 Honda Accord. I'm not getting any fire from my coil. I've tested and change both the ignitor and coil but still get no fire to the coil. I need help. The car was running but missing and all this started once I pulled the distributor to check all the wires, ICM and coil. Once I re installed the distributor, I have no fire and have check everything I can think of.
Thanks
Brian

I'm fairly sure there is a CEL for a bad ECM.

use this site to test your ignition system

http://techauto.awardspace.com/

you should first check for power at the distributor it should have power when the ignition is switched on...the ecu toggles the ground side
