Timing belt Tensioner problem
I have a built up h22 in my accord and for some reason I have gone through 3 brand new Timing belt tensioners. Has anyone had a similar problem like this? Are there stonger 3rd party tensioners out there that can solve this problem. Engine mods include, new pistons, rings, port/polished head, stage 2 cams w/titanium springs and retainers. Thanks for advice.

I'm not aure what the problem would be but I've heard of H22 people switching to the H23 manual tensioner.

The first "Mod" you should ever do when swapping an H22.
