Default Still need help with my lighting issue. 99 accord

Ok so after months of sporadically replacing and checking various things as they come to mind I still have no answer as to what is causing my dashlights, side markers, tail lights and plate light not to work. Here is a recap. One rainy gloomy day I went out to my car to find my lights not working after having been working an hour before. I have checked all fuses, replaced my headlight switch, and replaced my stereo wiring harness. Still nothing. Would a single burnt bulb cause all of this to not work? Is there a relay under the dash in between my fuse boxes and the lights? Could I have a ground messed up somewhere? Im not sure where my grounds are exactly so if that could be the case, any way some one could tell me where to check? Am I on the totally wrong track here? I have come across numerous posts about people having the same problem and no one has posted weither or not they have found a solution to their problem. Pretty please help. Driving after dark would be great!! Thank you in advance!

Using a 5th gen here, have you tested the "dash dimmer"?

honda accord starting year 1998 and newer has a more complex electrical system. it uses serial data to communicate. therefore when you turn on your headlight switch it sends a command to the driverside multiplex control unit. the multiplex then sends the command to the passenger multiplex then both unit turns on your vehicle's lights.
if you have any good known multiplex laying around that should fix your problem.

Dimmer - Not in turning it up, as in testing it.

one more thing... i dont have any multiplex units lying around the junk yards around where i live never have anything honda related and the drivers and passengers arent the same, any other way to test these? ( i dont really want to shell out 200-300 dollars for a new one unless i know that is really what is going on.)

sounds like an open ground I'm not sure where the grounds are. The lights are hooked up in parallel so one burned bulb wouldn't be the culprit. Find out where your commom ground is they should share. Also I would remove bulbs from sockets and make sure the connections are free of contamination. If you have a volt meter test the ground side of the bulb and if you have more than one volt then you have an open ground in the circuit.

Pass side under dash fuse panel - check the #1 10 amp and #2 15 amp fuses AGAIN. Are you getting 12v to the RED/GRN wire going to the combination switch?

ok so i have zero volts coming out of the red green wire with the switch in all positions i replaced the switch with a brand new one a few weeks ago so im pretty sure that it isnt bad. i figured out the side lights work when you wiggle them a little where they splice into the front blinkers. but still no dash lights or tail lights.

No voltage on the red/green into the switch? Are you sure you checked the pass side underdash fuses.....do you have the "auto lights off" feature on your Accord?
