Default Clunking/Grinding in front suspension?

I have a 5th gen accord 1996, and I have a clunking and grinding in the passenger side front suspenion. It's at it's worst when the wheel is turned, but I also have a general low pitched grinding noise at highway speeds, so I'm thinking it's the CV joint... any ideas? Thanks.

Sounds like a bad bearing. Does the pitch of the grinding change with speed? When you turn left of right, does the noise get louder or quieter?
