Default Check Engine Light

I have a Check Engine Light that just came on yesterday after i picked my car up at a shop, they had just put a new oil pan and oil gasket on and to do this they had to drop the exhaust system down so what could have happend? Im going to jump the ECM and read the code, but i wanted to know what you guys think? thanks

What year is your car? The code will probably be the O2 sensor.
The probably forgot to plug it back in

the o2 sensor is it down right before the catalytic converter?? thanks

Nevermind i found it, it seems to be alright, any other suggestions before i pull the code? And can i use any wire to jump the ECM?

yup, any wire will, do. paperclip works also, ansything metal.

alright i did it, Code 22, Something to do with the VTEC , this sucks, thanks for the help guys

22 - VTEC System Malfunction

Uh oh. Is your VTEC "kicking in?" Reset the ECU... pull the ECU fuse and let it sit for like 10 minutes, then put it back. See if the light comes back.

Edit: Probably won't change a damn thing, but, hey, always do the "reset the ECU trick" first before you start checking wires and lines.

Same thing happened to me and my oil pressure was too low for VTEC to kick in... actually I had almost no oil

Yeah, but low oil doesn't throw a CEL.

yeah, my Vtec is not kicking in i noticed today on the way home. Ill give the ECU a reset tomorrow afternoon, ill let yall know what happens, thanks
