Default CD5 Cluster

Mileage and trip won't roll over, they are stuck, what can I do to fix this?

You mean the primary odometer? Does the speedometer needle still work?

I would remove the speedometer itself and examine the odometer mechanism and see if there is a readily apparent jam. You could also see if part of the trip reset mechanism is stuck. Failing that, a new speedometer assembly is $50 shipped from ebay, though you'll have to have someone wind the replacement forward. If the speedometer needle has failed too it might be the circuit board on back. Replacement of just the board might fix it too.
