Most auto parts stores stock the flanges, but they keep them in the back. Most parts stores will ask you what car its for though and won't waste their time looking for it so it's best to try a muffler shop or order it off the internet.

OK, and how is it going to get installed, will it seal the exhaust from leaks, is the pipe it is going to go over flared? Maybe some pics would help to clear up the issue.

Be sure you supply the proper info when you go beat up someone for this flange.
2/3 bolt?
Pipe Diameter?
It will help if you can make a template to compare to. An old flange gasket or a tracing will help.
You may have to gaff something (make do with a less than perfect item).
And all this depending on if the pipe it's attaching to isn't damaged / corroded to the point that it can't be welded.

Re: cat-back exhaust flange???
Hi..
How did you end up fixing this? Were you able to find a three point, triangular flange on the Internet? Did you take to a good muffler shop and they did it for you? How much was the repair? Or, did you replace the entire exhaust all the way to the back?
I have the exact same problem, where the B pipe flange rusted away and the catalytic converter's (new aftermarket one, and direct fit) has got nothing to bolt it to.
Thanks.
