Default car wont start in heat!?

my 91 accord will not start when it is hot or humid. As soon as the sun goes down it will start and run great. Any ideas? I have checked the fuel delivery system and it is fine, so is the ignition.

what's that, where you get 2 or 3 people in on it, and run around handing off mail? Click the image to open in full size.

Anyway, yeah it's most likely the main relay.

my main relay just went this summer in my 98 accord. Had starting problems last summer too, but this summer it got worse and worse, swapped the relay a month and a half ago and not one problem since.
