car shakes when braking - rotors replaced, problem still exists - ?
1995 Accord LX coupe.
Everytime I brake in this car the steering wheel and whole car shakes/vibrates.
Shakes only when braking.
Replaced both front rotors, front brake pads, new front wheel bearings, and new front lower ball joints.
Problem still exists.
This is driving me crazy. What else could it be?

Have you inspected the upper ball joints, how about tie rod ends?, also check radius rod. I want to say axle could be a culprit although it's not but it's worth checking out.
I would diagnose first before throwing away money at assumptions, ask me how I know

Have you tried slowing the car only with the hand brake?
Is there any play in the steering wheel and R&P? If there is some slop in the rack it could allow the wheels to self steer left/right as you are braking and this motion then back feeds up to the steering wheel.
What are the tires pressures?
Are your lug nuts correctly torqued to spec?
