You may want to confirm you don’t have a dead cylinder as a result of a bad rotor-distributer, distributer shaft seal, lead wires, plugs, or low compression.
If the engine is rough at idle then pull a lead wire off the spark plug one at a time and see if the engine runs rougher or stalls. If it runs worse then put the wire back on and repeat until you have done all 4 plugs. If you find that when you pull off one of the wires you notice no difference in how the engine idles that should tell what cylinder is giving you the trouble, meaning it is dead. Now you have to figure out why.
Confirm you plugs are good or replace.
Check condition of your lead wires, distributer cap and rotor.
Remove distributer cap and check for oil buildup. It may pool on bottom of distributer causing a short to #3 cylinder. If you have oil under the cap then it’s the distributer shaft seal. Clean the cap with some brake cleaner and a cloth and put back together after it dries out. You will have to get the shaft seal replaced eventually but you should be able to drive it for a while before the oil builds up again.
Check for compression.
If you find no issues as described above check your knock sensor.
Good Luck!

When does it shake? Driving in a straight line? Braking? When did you get an alignment? When were the rotors/pads done? How long has it been happening? Did you hit anything? etc
Gas could be any number of things

Re: Car shakes and wastes a lot of gas
It stalls while driving in the city, I havent got an alignment ima while but I'm going to do it soon bc I put on new rims not to long ago. I changed the rotor like 2-3 months ago, I changed the oil, spark plugs, well basically a tune-up, it's been happening for a while now, like couple months. And no I haven't hit anything. I get like 16-17 miles per gallon
