easiest would probably be the jdm f22b dohc head as ive read that its a complete bolt on.

h22 and h23 heads may require some oil/coolant passage plugging.

Re: Can I put a DOHC on a f22 block? (raceACCORDingly)
thanks...the reason I opened this forum is because my budy ( who is my mechanic) also has a couple of DOHC's in his house and we were thinking of slapping one on my block. So I just want to get enough info as I can before we do the work. Any info is appreciated....I will also post up some pics soon. I have a 2dr accord ex 92 black. I think it looks great. and I always wanted to know what other people think. I will try to post them up this weekend if the weather permits.

Let me ask u something

Will that also line up with an f22b2 non vtec? like i have a 94 accord will i be able to find one of these DOHC head and slap it on my car with out any problems? because it seems more complex and involved then what it looks like in the form?

The f22bx and f22ax blocks are essentially the same, so the procedures are the same. It's not that complex, provided you are mechanically inclined.
