Will an Ingalls camber kit from a 95 civic fit my 91 accord?

i wouldn't think so. I'm not sure if anything is illegal about having a lot of negative camber. But, what is techincally illegal is bumper height. If your car is so low that it doesn't meat bumper height restrictions, then yes, that's illegal.

LOL depends on the cop really.
they can just pick on you for some odd ball reasons too.
alot of slammed car here in SoCal, but cop doesnt really
pull you over only for that.

unless you slammed the sh_t out of your car..haha
dont worry about it too much, how much negative camber you have?

5 degrees of negative camber would eat through axles so fast you wouldn't be able to think, not to mention tires
get smart and raise the car up instead of driving around like a ricer
