intake is mainly a tube with a better filter, get a generic one with a k&n filter save urself some $

I suggest aem v2, best thing on the market. As for making your own, don't. A good intake is made of composite materials that are more inducive to better, cooler air flow.

Only thing I dont like about that aem v2 is I heard u could not put a bypass valve on it. Hydrolock is evil if so Im sure there nice. I have a injen CAI and its really nice.
