Accord heater smell....

Accord heater smell....
I am really have hard time with smell from the heater. When I turn on the heater, it smells bad. It's 97 accord lx model. Any feedbacks?

you might have a dirty evap ,, try spraying some fridgy fresh in the vents,, someone also suggested lysol.... if that does not work u might have to remove evap and clean it

In a Junkyard near you.
If your fan is noisy as well you may have a dead rodent in it. Also your favorite scented Lysol will do the same trick. With the fan running full blast on fresh air mode spray some on the cowl holes just below your windshield towards the passenger side.

There are several things you can do.....sprray a sanatizing solution in your vents and your heat outlet. Before you do that you might want to make sure that your drain plug for the A/C is not blocked...

If it's what I think he's talking about, it will be described as such.
20 year old magazines in a gym locker, mixed with Flatulence from a dinner of Turnips. During Summer months, it shifts to where you'd swear the Turnip dinner was substituted by a Boiled Cabbage and Beer Bash!
There's a real incentive here to get it taken care of
