98 Honda Accord EX-V6 P401 problem

Check Engine light with DTC P401 - Replaced EGR valve and cleaned manifold
with cab cleaner. Still getting DTC 401, pls help. Thanks

I'm interested as well (see my post above). Same car, same issue. I replaced the 02 sensor because I had that code as well. Light is off for now but I've only put about 5 miles on it.

8yr 80k miles I'm pretty sure that is the warranty extension
There are a couple service bulletins about this ; the latest one call out for the intake plenum to be drilled out and a special tube installed. If I find the S/B I'll come back and repost
