It's common sense, adjust bumper by removing bolt and re tighten bolt. Is there more we should know in order to help?

Its been like that senice i got the car, i think he backed into something? Its like bent or something. And what bolt?

Ok, remove the ENTIRE bumper and replace any damaged clips or bolts.

Bottom line: YOU need to get in there and investigate the problem, that is if you know how to use a socket and ratchet. The internet can provide enough information but beyond that you need to take action. It's a simple fix now go explore and learn.

Haha, ill manage... I just think whatever is under the bumper is bent down?

Impossible for me know sitting behind my laptop, but I assume it's a possibility.

i took the top clips out and the piece they go into is still right there so it has to be bent, how would i fix it?
