97 accord bald inside front tires
Hello everyone Looking for some help on this problem. 97 Accord all stock suspension non accident it wears front tires like crazy. Had it aligned and the guy said all parts are tight and to put some new tires on it.
Alignment specs are. Left front -0.3 camber 2.1 caster -0.1 toe
Right front 0.0 camber 3.2 caster 0.00 toe
Total toe -0.01 Steer ahead -0.01
After the alignment and new tires car was driven approx. 10,000 miles both front tires are bald on the inside and I took it back to the alignment and had it checked and he rechecked the alignment and said it was still within specs. Whatever it is both tires are wearing the same. Tire size is 195/60/15 with 32 psi.
Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Static alignments on higher mileage cars can be deceiving, it is best to sit in the car as they do the alignment as this is how the car will be when driven.
Verify tires are inflated correctly, the PSI on the door sticker is for when the tire is cold, when the tire has not been driven on. Preferably first thing in the morning before the sun has heated them up. An under inflated tire will drag and will show more wear on the inside tread than outside.
Verify the wheel lug nuts are correctly torqued to
Verify control arm bushings are not damaged or worn.
Verify the front strut arm bushings are not worn and the nut is torqued to spec.
If the car has over 150Kmiles, when was the last time you had the front wheel bearings replaced? Usually what happens is the inside tread blocking will scallop every other tread block on the inside tread. If the bearings are really worn the whole inside tread will wear. Wheel bearings on the 90-97s don't make much noise when they are worn out. They might make a sound like driving on sand, but they don't howl like other cars. Loosen the axle nut and retorque it to 181lb ft. If the nut moved considerably this would indicate the tolerances on the wheel bearing has opened up due to wear.
Have your alignment shop check for front wheel bearing runout(.05mm).
Verify that the tires are not feathering, this would indicate a toe change while driving.
Verify the rear suspension is within spec to the front, this requires a four wheel alignment.
Verify the car is not lowered or has sagging or weakened springs, this will cause excessive negative camber(top of wheel tilts in towards body) and will cause wear.
Verify your front shocks are still functioning and not leaking.

Pretty sure camber for 90-97s is 0 +- 1° and caster is 3° +- 1°
One side is a smidge off, if the FUCA bushings are shot then it may cause some toe change when the car is rolling.
