major problem blower wont shut off

major problem blower wont shut off
since yesterday ever time i turn my car off the blower for the heat and cooling wont shut off and the light that directs where you want the air to go wont come off either dont know what to do and it is draining my battery and i cant keep jumping the car...what to do???? i took the fuse out and everything but the blower keeps going...

dont think i need a schematic for a 83 accord because i have a 95 accord just wanna know why my blower wont shut off and why is it draining my battery

appreciate it, and sorry for the misunderstanding...fixed the problem disconnected the ignition switch and took out the relay and it went away for now...appreciate the help you guys...really
